Recommendations depend on site conditions, property type, existing systems, access, materials, safety considerations, supplier availability, and agreed works scope. Recommendations made at enquiry stage are indicative and subject to confirmation following site review.
System suitability, access requirements, safety considerations, materials, site conditions, supplier availability, compliance requirements, timelines, and final project terms are confirmed individually for each enquiry.
5. Third-Party Requirements and Costs
Third-party certification, specialist trades, access equipment, waste disposal, landlord approvals, building permissions, supplier terms, and compliance requirements may have separate costs, rules, and availability. These are not included in a works quotation unless explicitly stated.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:

- Confirming any regulatory, safety, or compliance requirements they are aware of

7. No Implied Certifications or Approvals
